Pharmacy Assistant (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team of health professionals as a key player in helping our patients achieve their personalized health and wellness goals. 

You will:

  • Work closely with the pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team to prepare and dispense medications in an accurate, safe and timely manner
  • Fill medication orders, receive and input prescriptions into software system, etc.
  • Communicate externally with patients/customers, healthcare providers, and suppliers
  • Order, organize & stock products in pharmacy and front shop
  • Work in a team environment to maximize patient health outcomes and ensure the best customer experience, every time
  • Follow all SOPs as they relate to our various services
  • Actively promote services to grow patient base

Qualifications include:

  • Attention to detail required for critical tasks like medication preparation and distribution

Registered Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding team! The ideal applicant will bring a passion for patient care to the position.

You will:

  • Work closely with the pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team to prepare and dispense medications in an accurate, safe and timely manner
  • Weigh, measure and mix raw material ingredients and ensure finished batches of compounded preparations meet quality specifications
  • Fill medication orders, receive and input prescriptions into software system, etc.
  • Communicate externally with patients/customers, healthcare providers, and suppliers
  • Order, organize & stock products in pharmacy and compounding lab
  • Ensure the compounding lab and related equipment are cleaned, sanitized and maintained to uphold regulatory standards
  • Work in a team environment to maximize patient health outcomes and ensure the best customer experience, every time
  • Follow all SOPs, double check calculations, record compounding procedures, lot and expiry of ingredients, etc.
  • Actively promote services to grow patient base

Qualifications include:

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician licensed in Ontario
  • Attention to detail required for critical tasks like medication preparation and distribution
  • Proficient in math and basic science
  • Must be good at managing changing priorities
  • Must also be able to to use compounding lab equipment and be able to stand for periods of time and perform light lifting
  • The enthusiasm to be a part of a forward-thinking, innovative and evolving organization
  • Natural people skills with a passion for customer service
  • Willingness to learn and aptitude for professional development
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule
