At Brant Arts, we value our senior customers, and we have implemented a number of programs to help make our service to seniors better and more convenient. We realize that our seniors are an important part of our Burlington and Oakville community. Some of them may need a little extra help – but with that help, most seniors can live active, healthy and independent lives. In recognition of this, we’ve developed a new term for our senior customers. We like to call them “Young at Arts.” 

If you are a Young at Art senior – or if you are caring for one, here is what you should know about our senior services. 

Seniors Days

Generally speaking, seniors have more medical needs than younger people do – which increases their costs. And yet, most seniors are living on a fixed income. That’s why we have Seniors’ Days every Wednesday, where we offer 10% off most over the counter items. 

Time My Meds

For those on long-term prescriptions, the team at Brant Arts has made picking up your medications a lot more convenient with a program called Time My Meds. No longer do you have to make multiple calls and trips to the pharmacy every time you need to refill your prescription. Time My Meds is an auto-renewal program for prescriptions which ensure that your medications will be ready for you automatically on the same day every three months. 

If you have prescriptions for multiple people in your household, we can even coordinate it so that everyone’s medications will be ready on the same day, so you don’t have to make extra trips. This program is at no cost to you and it has been a huge time saver for many of our Young at Arts seniors. 

Mobility Aids

Loss of mobility can feel like a loss of independence. And at Brant Arts, we want the seniors in our community to maintain their independence for as long as and as safely as possible. That’s why we offer a full range of mobility products, including wheelchairs, scooters, rollators, and canes. We also offer home accessibility products such as lifts, transfer devices and grab bars. 

But we don’t merely sell you these products – we also offer consulting services and free product demonstrations so that you will feel comfortable using them. You can call our mobility team at any time if you have questions. We are also able to direct bill most insurance providers. 


Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, we have seen an increase in our delivery services. We encourage all of our customers – and especially those that are part of a medically vulnerable demographic – to use this service. Delivery is available free of charge in Burlington and Oakville. All of our delivery drivers have been trained to follow strict guidelines to ensure a sanitary and contactless delivery.
